AIIDE Publishing & Digital is an organization engaged in scholarly publishing and digital knowledge dissemination. Its activities involve the integration of academic work, digital technology, and innovation to support knowledge dissemination in digital environments.

The organization follows principles of academic integrity, ethical publishing practices, and transparency, and employs digital publishing systems and technologies in its journal management and publishing operations.

AIIDE operates under a defined organizational structure that separates management, operational functions, and an advisory board. This structure is intended to support academic independence, ethical oversight, and organizational governance.

The organization maintains academic and professional collaborations at national and international levels, with activities aimed at supporting cooperation and the development of knowledge-related initiatives in the digital context.

History

AIIDE Publishing & Digital Limited Partnership (ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด เอไอไอดีอี พับลิชชิง แอนด์ ดิจิทัล) was established in 2023 under the name Academic Institute for Innovation Development and Education (AIIDE) (สถาบันวิชาการเพื่อการพัฒนานวัตกรรมและการศึกษา). AIIDE is an academic organization supporting research, innovation, and education, with activities including conferences, journals, and e-learning services worldwide. The organization initially focused on the development of journal management systems for two academic journals: Academic Innovation Journal and Innovation Journal of Digital Technologies and Evolution, with the aim of supporting compliance with internationally recognized publishing standards. During the same period, AIIDE also developed an e-learning system since 2023 based on the Moodle platform to support online teaching and learning. The e-Learning provides online teaching and learning management services for students, researchers, and faculty members to support instruction, research, and degree completion, with services available worldwide.

In 2024, the organization expanded its activities to include the development of digital content intended for a broader range of users.

In 2025, AIIDE was formally registered as a legal entity under the name AIIDE Publishing & Digital Limited Partnership. In the same year, two additional academic journals: Administrative Journal for Local Development and Academic Journal of Local Development began collaborating with the organization. Operational policies were subsequently established to support standardized journal management and publishing processes in line with international practices.

In 2026, AIIDE joins MOU as a member of the Asia Undergraduate Conference on Computing (AUCC). This has resulted in AIIDE having a strong and stable conference partner, fostering collaboration not only as a platform for academic publication, but also for enhancing teaching, learning, and research outcomes in higher education in a sustained manner.

• Year 2025 with Academic Innovation Journal in the 3rd National and International Conference. Innovation and Technology for Sustainable Area-Based Development 2025 on March 6-8, 2025 at Kalasin University. (Hybrid Conference)
• Year 2025 with Innovation Journal of Digital Technologies, Education, and Social Sciences (old title), now changed to the Innovation Journal of Digital Technologies and Evolution. In the 3rd International Conference on Emerging Trends & Innovation (ICETI) on October 30-31, 2025. (Online Conference)
• Year 2026 with Academic Innovation Journal and Innovation Journal of Digital Technologies and Evolution. In the 14th Asia Undergraduate Conference on Computing on February 4-6, 2026 at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University. (Hybrid Conference) and AIIDE also joins MOU as a member of the Asia Undergraduate Conference on Computing (AUCC).
